Can I book a reading via DM on Instagram?
NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Readings can only be booked through this website. Please DO NOT DM ALEX about booking a reading. Ignoring the directions may result in being barred from purchasing and booking readings in the future.
Can Alex help me?
If you have come here looking for guidance, insight, clarity, the chance to reach out to loved ones in spirit, and a jumpstart for your own healing, you have come to the right place! Alex can aid you in healing from trauma, narcissistic abuse, and much more. Alex will not heal you for you; she will aid you in receiving what you need at this time to step into your power, agency, and ability to heal yourself.
What are Alex’s business hours?
Alex conducts readings on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 1pm EST and 4pm EST.
When do emails about readings or otherwise get answered?
Emails are generally answered Tuesday to Friday between 8am EST and 11am EST. Current processing time for our correspondence is 4 to 6 weeks for non urgent messages.

Can I book a reading via DM on Instagram?

How do I get a reading from Alex?
The process is as follows:
1. You must first purchase the nonrefundable $100 deposit, listed as Full Reading Deposit in our shop. If cost is a barrier for you, please reach out to info.alexmarchenergy@gmail.com
2. You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase with a welcome message containing important expectations of you as well as your Calendly link to schedule your reading. Click the Calendly link in your confirmation email to schedule your reading. If you have not received your welcome email, please reach out to info.alexmarchenergy@gmail.com
3. Follow the link in the email and select the day & time that works best for you. You will receive a confirmation email from Calendly with your confirmed reading date.
5. On the day of your reading, the remaining $250 balance will be due in full and can paid on our website under the Remaining Deposit option in the shop.
Please note that readings are scheduled in the order they are received. Once you have paid, your position in line is solidified.
**PLEASE NOTE that we receive a high volume of bookings, questions, and inquiries. Emailing in excess in regards to your reading OR being rude, belligerent, aggressive, or passive aggressive in your email communication may result in being barred from future purchases or the forfeit of your reading entirely. We are a small business operating on divine timing. We do not and will not have instantaneous turn around time for email communication. Please allow your expectations with our communication to be spacious, i.e. re-calibrate from expecting a response within seconds to expecting a response within several days.**
Are there conditions for my reading?
Yes. Please be sure to read through the agreements outlined by Alex before purchasing your reading. Once you purchase a reading you are entering into a soul agreement with Alex, allowing her to do everything that is necessary for your soul at this time. There are no refunds. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly check in with yourself & use your best judgement about if a reading with Alex is right for you PRIOR to purchasing. Alex March Energy is not responsible for the loss of funds if you decide you do not want a reading after purchasing.
How long is the waiting time for a reading?
On our home page, in a banner at the top of the page, the month that Alex is booking will be listed. Alex’s calendar is booked several months in advance. Please plan to have your reading 8 to 10 months from your purchase date. You will have access to the Calendly calendar to pick an exact time frame after your purchase.
The reading I want unavailable for purchase--what do I do?
While Alex is a tremendously gifted medium, channel, and physical empath, she is also a person with a full life! She needs to space out her readings from time to time. If a reading isn’t available for purchase, please check back in a few weeks time. Again, please note, emailing & dming in excess (reaching out multiple times a day, sending emails every other day, etc) to find out when a reading will be available may result in being barred from purchasing. Alex reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Are there options for payment or payment plans?
Yes, we welcome you to select the payment plan option on our bookings page! The details of your payment plan will be arranged following your purchase with the total of the reading due by the date of the reading.
Do you offer refunds?
No, except in extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of Alex. Please only purchase a reading if you have read through, understand, and can agree to the terms listed.
My reading was rescheduled/I need to reschedule--what do I do?
If you need to reschedule your reading, please reach out via email at your earliest convenience to info.alexmarchenergy@gmail.com. Please note that you may not have your reading for another several weeks as Alex’s calendar is booked in advance.
Alex defers entirely to her guidance about when someone’s reading needs to take place. She may need to reschedule your reading if she receives a message from her guidance asking her to do so. Please rest assured that you will receive your reading according to your own soul’s timing. There may also be instances where a schedule conflict, outside commitment, or life circumstance may come up. We deeply appreciate your flexibility and understanding in those moments.
I purchased a reading a long time ago, can I still get a booking today?
It is the policy of Alex March Energy to schedule your reading within 4 months of the purchase date. As of October 1st, 2021, readings will need to be repurchased if you did not schedule within the allotted time frame.
The Reading Experience
What can I expect during a reading with Alex?
Alex is a psychic (able to receive information & energy using extrasensory perception), evidential medium (able to see, hear, feel Spirits & Spirit Guides and provide evidence of the spirit she is communicating with), Reiki master (Level 3 Attuned), Akashic reader (able to tap into the Akashic Records & access information about your soul & past lives) and physical empath (everything you feel within your own body Alex will be able to feel within hers.)
Alex will do her best to answer any questions you have about your soul, your life path, your healing, and so on. She will be able to contact your loved ones who have passed and receive messages from your spirit guides. She will also be able to feel into your physical body & identify what healing your body may need at this time. She will share with you any and all information that she is being guided to offer.
When Alex is channeling information she may speak very rapidly so we encourage you to have something to take notes with at the ready.
The Spirit realm can be unpredictable in who and what comes through within a reading. While you may not hear from specific loved ones, you can anticipate coming away from your reading with what your soul truly needs at this time.
It’s incredible what Alex can do during a reading. How does it work?
Alex has had her gifts since she was a child. She was able to see, hear, and interact with spirits at age 4. As she grew older, she had two near death experiences that profoundly strengthened her intuitive capabilities, mediumship, and so on. Alex also trained with a Reiki master that taught her how to work with the energetic body & spirit. From there she began offering readings to the public, and here we are now, many years later!
The exact “how” and “why” of Alex’s gifts remain a mystery, much like the universe & life itself. Every person alive has an intuition & the ability to utilize it. We all have the ability to develop the clairs that form the basis of psychic & mediumistic work. In Alex’s case, her soul is called to use her gifts for the sake of helping others along their path. It’s a beautiful thing.
Do I need to prepare anything for my reading?
We expect that you will arrive on time for your reading, ready and willing to receive guidance. You are welcome to take notes or record your reading on your own device. We encourage you to take some time prior to your reading to think about what you’d like your reading to focus on, though it is not required. We also encourage that you take some time out of your day after your reading to process through what came up.
Can I extend my reading time?
No, we expect that all clients will respect the timeline of their reading as they cannot be extended beyond the allotted time.
Can I receive a follow up session?
Beginning October 1st, 2021, Alex will no longer be offering by donation follow up sessions. You are welcome to purchase a mini-reading if you have further questions or purchase the full reading with a follow up session option.
