Alex March’s six-session cohort offers a space to explore grief, rage, shame, and the patterns that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. Physically feeling everything and the exact trauma that causes pain, chronic illness, disconnection, and everything between, Alex will help build a map and evolution to your healing. Drawing on her work as a Mind-Body Integration Specialist, Clinical Homeopathic Specialist, medical intuitive, and Reiki Master Teacher, Alex brings together homeopathy, self-Reiki, Qigong, somatic practices, traditional Chinese medicine perspectives, and spiritual exploration to support self-connection, emotional awareness, and personal growth. Each session builds on the last, allowing time to integrate your experiences and practice the tools between sessions, with the option to continue into another cohort or further work with Alex afterward.
Calendly will be sent in email provided for 4 specific dates in FEB 2027 for only 4 clients. This is extremely limited until next cycle.
